    1. Digital Products

    Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for downloaded digital products once accessed.

    2. Membership Subscriptions

    You may cancel your membership subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months.

    3. Course Purchases

    Individual course purchases come with a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund.

    4. How to Request a Refund

    To request a refund, please contact our support team at hello@launchology.co.uk with your order details and reason for the refund request.

    5. Exceptions

    Refunds may be denied if:

    • The request is made after the refund period has expired

    • There is evidence of abuse of the refund policy

    • Substantial course content has been accessed or downloaded (more than 10%).
