Growth Lab is a seven-lesson sprint for early-stage founders. Every lesson ends with a build step. Seven short lessons, each ending in a build step that fills one section of the Growth Lab Workbook. By the last lesson the workbook has assembled itself into a single page: your positioning, your buyer, your message, your channel, your funnel, your first 30 days and the numbers you will watch. It takes a focused weekend, or about six hours spread over a fortnight. The 7 Lessons: 1. Nail your positioning. Who you are for, and why you win. 2. Know your buyer. The real person, the real problem, and the moment they start looking. 3. Craft the message. One core message, three supports, and proof when you have almost no traction. 4. Pick your channels. Your 30-day campaign. Strategy turned into things that happen on named days. 7. Measure and iterate. The four numbers worth watching, and the weekly loop that compounds. Plus an intro and a wrap-up that assembles your plan.
