About This Course

In this mini-course, we’ll help you to develop an executive version Business Plan (~20 pages): that condenses all facets of your business or startup in a concise document, which is a hugely important document when starting a business and is also a crucial asset for raising capital from investors. Essentially a more detailed expansion of a pitch deck, the business plan will demonstrate your underlying research and understanding of your sector, and further verify your assumptions on the market opportunity, and why your product/service and business model will succeed. By the end of this course and having completed the practical exercises, you’ll have your own robust Business Plan to use for strategic planning, raising investment and guiding employees and stakeholders. We’ll teach you the importance of this key document, how to structure it and what exactly to include, and how to use it appropriately. We’ll also explain how to use it to raise investment from investors!
